متى سوف يتم ارسال طلبى؟
نهدف إلى معالجة طلبك في اليوم الذي نستلمه فيه. ومع ذلك ، نظرًا لاستخدام عدد من مستودعات الشحن لمناطق مختلفة ، قد يكون الإرسال الفعلي الى مستودعات شركة الشحن من يوم إلى يومين بعد استلامنا لطلبك بسبب ساعات العمل والمنطقة الزمنية في المستودع المحدد. يمكنك أن تطمئن إلى أننا نتعامل مع طلبك بعناية تامة وسوف نتأكد من أنه في طريقه إليك في أقرب وقت ممكن. ستتلقى تحديثًا مُرسَلًا بالطلب إلى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته عند تقديمك لطلبك.



كم تستغرق عملية الشحن من الوقت؟
هذا يعتمد على عنوان التوصيل الذى ارسلته لنا ولكننا نذكر أن الشحن في حدود 2 - 8 أيام. في معظم الحالات نجد أن الطلبات يتم توصيلها خلال 3 أيام داخل القاهرة و3-8 أيام خارج القاهرة.
لا نقدم دائمًا أرقام تتبع لأننا نستخدم شركات شحن متعددة وليس لكل منهم تتبع خارجي للعميل. إذا كنت بحاجة إلى أي مساعدة لتتبع طلبك ، فيرجى التواصل بنا مباشرة على صفحة الفيسبوك أو انستاجرام أو الايميل

كم تبلغ تكلفة الشحن؟
تعتمد تكلفة الشحن على نوع وكمية العناصر التي تطلبها.
أسعار الشحن:

القاهره = 49 ج
الدلتا والقناة = 59 جنيه
صعيد مصر = 85 جنيه
البحر الأحمر = 95 جنيه

ملاحظات هامة للغاية:


* يمكنك دائمًا فتح الشحنة الخاصة بك لرؤيتها والتحقق منها قبل الدفع لمندوب التوصيل.

* إذا لم تكن بحاجة إلى الطرد بعد الشحن ، فأنت تدين لنا بقيمة الشحن.
 يجب أن تدفعها عن طريق فودافون كاش أو اورانج كاش

 شحن طلبك لا يكون من خلال شركة ايفرى داى بطريقة مباشرة ولكننا نستخدم شركات شحن مرخصة داخل جمهورية مصر العربية لاجراء عملية الشحن والتوصيل

فى حالة طلب طلبية من موقع ايفرى داى الرسمى واخترت الدفع اونلاين والعميلة نجحت بالفعل , فلا يوجد اى تحصيل لأى مبلغ اخر اثناء استلامك لشحنتك, كما أنه سيصلك كود تأكيد استلام الشحنة من شركة الشحن تحتاج لاعطاؤه لمندوب التوصيل بعد استلامك للشحنة وفتحها والتأكد من وجود المنتج الذى طلبته وسلامته.

فى حالة طلبك هو الدفع عند الاستلام فهذا يعنى ان تحصيل المبلغ يكون فقط عند استلامك للشحنة  وفهى هذه الحالة يجب ان تستلم شحنتك من مندوب التوصيل وتقوم بفتحها ان اردت والتأكد من تواجد المنتج الذى طلبته ثم تسلم المبلغ المطلوب والمكتوب بالفعل على بوليصة
الشحن.

شركة ايفرى داى للنظارات الطبية غير مسؤلة تماما عن أى اتفاق خارجى بين العميل ومندوب الشحن  لأى طريقة أخرى لاستلام العميل لشحنته بخلاف الطريقة التى تم توضيحها أعلاه مثل تسليم الشحنة لشخص اخر أو ترك الشحنة فى مكان معين أمام المنزل أو عند رجل الأمن بالعقار
 هذا يعنى أنك تعرض نفسك لخطر ضياع الشحنة أو تلفها 

 

دفع أى مبلغ بأى طريقة اخرى غير الموضه أعلاه هى مسؤلية العميل تماما, وشركة ايفرى داى للنظارات الطبية غير مسؤلة تماما عن عملية الدفع التى قمت بها لمندوب الشحن أو حتى شركة الشحن مثل التحويل الى محفظة خارجية او رابط دفع خارجى تابع لأى شركة اخرى بخلاف شركة ايفرى داى للنظارات الطبية

 

شركة ايفرى داى وضعت قواعد محددة وصارمة للغاية لكيفية استلام العميل لشحنه سواء الطلب هو مدفوع أونلاين على موقع ايفرى داى الرسمى أو دفع كاش عند الاستلام, لذلك فان اخلاق مندوب الشحن ليست طرف فى المعادلة اطلاقا وذلك لحماية العميل من أى تلاعب من أى مندوب خاص بالتوصيل.
وذلك لأن دفع العميل للمبلغ لا يكون الا بعد استلامه لشحنته وفتحها والتأكد من وجود وسلامة المنتج
أو اعطاء المندوب لكود تأكيد الاستلام فى حالة دفعت اونلاين من خلال موقع ايفرى داى الرسمى

 

فى حالة اى عملية احتيال من مندوب الشحن بسبب عدم الزام العميل بطريقة اسلامه للشحنة كما وضحنا أعلاه يحق للعميل تحرير محضر بقسم الشرطة ببيانات المندوب أو الشخص الذى تواصل معه واتحاذ الاجراء القانونى معه, كما أن شركة ايفرى داى هى ليست طرف فى هذه المعاملة التى تمت بين المندوب والعميل طالما حدثت فى اطار خارج عن الطريقة التى وضحناها بالأعى

 

 

الطلب من خلال موقع ايفرى داى الرسمى يعنى موافقة العميل التامة لكل ما سبق ذكره أعلاه

 

Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process your order on the same day we receive it. However, since we use multiple shipping warehouses for different regions, the actual dispatch to the courier company may take 1 to 2 days after we receive your order, depending on the warehouse’s working hours and time zone. Rest assured that we handle your order with the utmost care and will ensure it is on its way to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email update with your order details to the email address you provided during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time depends on the shipping address you provided. However, on average, delivery takes between 2 to 8 days.

  • Orders within Cairo typically arrive within 3 days.
  • Orders outside Cairo are delivered within 3 to 8 days.
    We do not always provide tracking numbers because we work with multiple shipping companies, and not all of them offer direct tracking for customers. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the type and quantity of the items you order.
Here are the shipping rates:

  • Cairo = 49 EGP
  • Delta & Canal cities = 59 EGP
  • Upper Egypt = 85 EGP
  • Red Sea region = 95 EGP

Highly Important Notes:

  • You can always open your package to inspect it before making the payment to the delivery representative.

  • If you no longer need the package after it has been shipped, you are required to pay the shipping cost. This amount must be paid via Vodafone Cash or Orange Cash to our official number: +21207962303.

  • Your order is not shipped directly by Every Day but through licensed courier companies within Egypt that handle the shipping and delivery process.

  • If you placed an order on the official Every Day website and successfully paid online, there will be no additional charges upon receiving your package. You will receive a delivery confirmation code from the courier company, which you must provide to the delivery representative only after receiving, opening, and verifying that your ordered product is correct and in good condition.

  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is required only upon receiving the package. In this case, you must take your package from the delivery representative, open it if you wish, verify the product, and then hand over the payment amount, which is already stated on the shipping invoice.

  • Receiving your package directly from the delivery representative is mandatory. Customers have the right to open the package before making a payment in case of COD or before providing the confirmation code if they paid online via our official website.

  • Every Day Optical is not responsible for any external agreements between the customer and the delivery representative regarding alternative delivery methods, such as leaving the package with someone else, at a specific location outside the house, or with a security guard. This puts your package at risk of loss or damage.

  • Any payments made through unauthorized methods (other than those stated above) are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Every Day Optical is not liable for any payments made directly to the delivery representative or courier company, including transfers to an external wallet or payment links from any third-party entity other than Every Day Optical.

  • Every Day has established strict guidelines for how customers should receive their packages, whether the order is prepaid via our official website or paid in cash upon delivery. The behavior of the delivery representative is not a factor in the process, as these rules are in place to protect customers from any possible fraud.

    • Customers must only make payment after receiving, opening, and verifying the product.
    • For prepaid orders, customers should only provide the delivery confirmation the OTP code after verifying the package.

  • In the event of fraud by the delivery representative due to the customer not following the official receiving process, the customer has the right to file a police report with the representative’s details and take legal action. Every Day Optical is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions between the customer and the delivery representative if they occur outside the stated process.

  • By placing and confirming an order on the official Every Day website, the customer fully agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
